One of my goals for 2021 is to journal. It is something that I have never done before but I feel called to make a habit this year. I participated in a journal workshop a few weeks ago and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
Journaling gives me a chance to pause and acknowledge how I am feeling in the moment. It allows me to tune inward and listen to my thoughts. I have a tendency to overthink everything and it feels really good to put all of my thoughts on paper to “clear” my mind.
I recently bought a new journal and I am eagerly waiting for it to arrive. In the meantime, I have been brainstorming all of the prompts I want to write about. Here are a few of the prompts I will be journaling about this year:
Journaling is essential a time capsule. I cannot wait to look back on my journal at the end of the year and see all of the growth I made, both mentally and emotionally.
