I’m a big believer in meal prep. I tend to go to the grocery store on Saturdays because the store is not nearly as crowded and it gives me the entire day on Sunday to prep everything.
I like to break up my grocery list into four sections: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch each week so I pick out one breakfast and one lunch recipe to make in bulk for the week. For dinners, I select two different recipes and then eat leftovers for the rest of the week or make random grain bowls with whatever items I have left in the refrigerator. My snack items tend to be beverages like kombucha and sparkling water. I also like to add in popcorn, dairy-free yogurt and crackers to my snack list.
